The best vacations are all-inclusive. Our river trips on Idaho’s Salmon and Middle Fork Salmon Rivers have it all.
As you can see, river trips have something for everyone. There is so much more to enjoy than just floating down the river. You’ll enjoy plenty of “camp time” which includes fishing, games, hikes, delicious, freshly-prepared meals, conversation, and relaxation. You’ll leave the river with a new understanding of what the canyons meant to the pioneers who settled along our shores a hundred years ago, and what it means to be part of that continuing culture today.
There are no “forced” activities during our river trips. An entire family with many different personalities will be able to full enjoy our trips. Oldest daughter loves to fish? Excellent! We can provide one-on-one fly-fishing lessons. Younger son just wants to splash around in the water and build sand-cities? We can do that too. Grandpa would like to know a little more about who built the cabin above our camp? Great! Check out our library box. We carry several books, maps and other materials published about our rivers.
Everybody in the family is up for a hike to catch the sunset? We’ve got views without end.
And at the end of the day, when it cools down, we’ll enjoy dinner and think about how lucky we are to be part of the Salmon River. Now booking 2018 river trips, and seats are filling quickly. Give us a call, (208) 756-4167, for the best selections.
