One of the most common things we hear on a river trips goes something like this: “You can make lasagna on the river?!”  We sure can! And chocolate cake. And cherry crisp, cornbread, and 40-Mile Stew. We can make anything you’d enjoy at home just as easily along the river bank as you can make it at home in your conventional oven.
