Not too cold to fish!

You should have come with me!
John tried to get us to go fishing, but we begged off, saying “It’s too cold!” An hour later John called us with his big news. He had landed the first Steelhead of the season, and on a fly to boot. We hadn’t had much faith in the fish biting since the weather hasn’t been very warm and the ice has been running, but he proved us wrong.
The river has been on and off as far as fishing goes, since the ice is still coming and going. Take today, for example. Right now there’s slush whispering past the banks, but by this afternoon the river should be clear.
The ramps should be open in a couple weeks, so give us a call so we can get you out on the Salmon River!
