Letter to Forest Service: My friends and I recently returned from rafting the Main Salmon with Aggipah River Trips. I have extensive previous rafting experience, including the Colorado through the Grand Canyon and Cataract Canyons, the Grreen, the Yampa, and the Rogue. I have to say that the Main Salmon with Aggipah was by far my best rafting experience. Bill and Stephanie Bernt have a reverence for the river and the wilderness that is contagious. The history and knowledge that they shared made me feel like I was an integral part of the experience. The Bernts run a first class operation. Even the equipment and food was a cut above what I had experienced with other outfitters…My friends and I are already planning our Middle Fork trip for next summer!

I just do want to tell you that I enjoyed the trip immensely. The country and the river were all you said they would be, and your hospitality and such were, of course, simply excellent… Not the least of the attractions of the trip was the people I met… I won’t carry on, but I did want you to know how pleased I was (and am) with the trip.

Just wanted to follow up with a word of appreciation for the great time you showed my son and me. Not only did we have a great time fishing, but also really enjoyed getting to know you–and learning from your years of wisdom! You are a class operator and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others.

We have been home for a week or so and are catching up with everything but the wonderful trip on the Middle Fork keeps us going!! Just thinking of the fun trip we had with all of you is enough to put a smile on our faces. Thank you all so much for such a great time! You were so organized and we appreciate what you do, Peggy, to get things done at home so that the trips go so well.
