Summer is coming! Are you still wondering how you’re going to spend your vacation days this year?
The Middle Fork of the Salmon River is THE place to spend time with your friends and family.
Why, you may ask?
Six days, 100 miles of wild and scenic river, sunny days and starry night skies, amazing food, breathtaking views, roaring rapids and quiet pools all add up to an unparalleled vacation.
Getting away from it all is easy when you head to the Middle Fork. You’ll leave the traffic behind. You’ll forget about your phone.
The things that matter most like catching up with that old friend of yours, remembering what it’s like to hear the crickets at night, bringing in a trout you caught on an elk-hair caddis fly, feeling the sun’s warmth on your face as we drift through a quiet pool, watching the moon’s brilliant beams light up a canyon wall…these are the things that make river trips so special.
We’ll make sure your appetites are met, as well. Our mornings begin with Dutch oven muffins, cinnamon rolls, eggs to order, sizzling bacon, and many other breakfast specialties. Our lunches include various salads, fresh local produce and breads and for those of you who prefer snacks, plenty of nuts, chips and sweet treats. Our first-class dinners run the gamut from New York strip steaks with all the trimmings to freshly made Dutch oven lasagna. Each night we serve a selection of locally produced wines, and offer up desserts that are baked on-site.
We have limited space remaining on several of our Middle Fork Salmon River trips this summer.
